My wife left my home and has been living with her parents at their place.
As it was a rented house, they have shifted somewhere else. I do not have their present address or any other contact details.
I want to serve the divorce notice.
My queries:
- As I don't have her whereabouts, can I send divorce case summons to her close relatives?
- I got to know that she is doing further studies and living in a hostel. Can I send divorce summons to college / hostel?
- Is it possible to send summons to multiple addresses at the same time?
- Before this I had sent RCR summons to her old address. Belief gave a report that the respondent did not stay there. Can this point help me?
