My divorce is running in Kanpur filed by the girl in 2014. Though my lawyer attend every date still the opposite side put pressure on the judge and ask for Ex Party Decision. The judge under influence has done 4 times in the past and I go there and recall the case. If a divorce petition has been Ex-partied so many times, does it have any impact on the case? I have even moved to high court and filed a transfer of court since that judge is very biased. Kindly advice how best I can fight the case. thanks
