my wife filed a divorce 1.5 yrs ago. She did not attend the court hearings on several occasions.
Court has finally dismissed the case.
1.5 yrs ago she also filed 498a and dowry case which is still going on in courts.
Can you please advise what is next step in getting divorce from my wife.

Give reply from your side for 498a case which is going on in the courts.Since divorce petition is dismissed, no question of divorce.

Hi Sir,
Can the judge approve the divorce without petitioner attending the court. I need a divorce from my wife. What can i do now. Do i need to file the case and again for 10 more years

Do we have any cases where petitioner have not attended the court, but judge have give order for divorce if respondent is present.
If so can you please send me some links on that so i can give it to my lawyer and get the things rolling
