Dear Experts

my hubby filed divorce.....now am planning to file section 24 maintennace application on the next hearing date.......

please tell what all documents are required to be submitted while filing sec 24 maintenance application.....

i am not working.....i have never worked after marriage.... should i submit my income proof with the application only or once the judge says only then?

shalini why you your self showing that you was earning? just you admit that you are not in the condition to earn mentally and physically , maintenace is for only those person who are not capable of any type.
if you are fileing maintenacnce case then let your husband should be prove that you are educated and abel to earn if he fails then you win and you will get maintenance.
