Divorce case

Sir / Mam

My wife deny physical relation since from marriage.

We didnt do single time physical relation from marriage.

She not talk me also. Can i file divorce in his case on what basis.

Pl suggest.

Its almost 1 year completed to my marriage and we not physical single time

Sir,

Its a cruelty and you can file the divorce on the basis of that, but be prepared with some evidence of her denail to prove the same in the court of law.

you can file for a decree of nullity on impotency - but there is a heavy burden on you to prove it - and based on what you have said i don't think she is impotent; she simply isn't interested in you. other option is file for a divorce under constructive desertion but if has to be proved for two years continuously. best solution is if she doesn't want to stay with you then file for a divorce with mutual consent.

Cause for denial for having physical relationship with the husband. It could be fear complex too.I presume the husband should come out in detail for a correct solution or suggestion
