i have a query for my case going on in mumbai court my husband was in chicago now in boston but i do not have his address so summons have nto been served since 2 years is there a way out of this situation ? his family in akola is not accpeting the divorce doocuments , can i get an ex party somehow? or is there another way out i do not have any of his contact only of his family in akola who are very uncooperative, please guide me.

if it is a criminal case then ask court to declare him PO and open LOC
