Divorce

Hello, Request you to please me guide me on below query.

I have to deposit alimony money by way of DD in court in favour of judge at the time of filling First motion petition(mutual consent divorce).

Please camn you explain in detail procedure for depositing alimony money in court.

1.DD in whose favour in detail?

2.Is it necessary to take DD of nationalised bank?

3.Instead of depositing money in court thru DD, can I paid Alimony money in cash to my wife at the time of second motion. Is there any hazard if I paid alimony money in cash?

Please response me. Thanks
