i have not yet decided but i have to secure my 6 yr old daughter if i have to accept for divorce what should i do to secure for my daughter ??

if you are working women than maintanence for your daughter is co-extensive and the two of you would have to contribute towards her future .

If you want to save marriage then contest it otherwise try to settle in mediation.

When your husband file divorce suit means his intention is clear that he don't want to live with you anymore and no court can bind him to do so.

Give up the IGO and accept this and try to save your time and your son's future. settle amicably by Mutual consent.
