Filed a case in 2009 January for divorce.The girl side filed the counter and so far never attended the court. No concialation process also done so far.
The reasons for filing this case is (1) No conjumation of marriage took place, (2) Cruelty (false 498a) (3) Cheating. The 498A in final stages and marriage lasted for 1 week (after 1 week girl staying at parents house till now)
When will the concialation process will be done. How long it may take to get the divorce. Girl side did not applied for any thing like she want the marriage or conjugal rights.
