Divorce

My client is a Christian and married for 40 years. She is around 60 years now with two married son and daughter.

The marriage was performed under Christian Marriage Ceremony and hence falls under Christian Marriage Act. In this act divorce is granted only on the ground of adultery with cruelty. No other ground available. At this late stage it is not possible to prove the same. Wife has been living separately since many years with her son. Husband not willing to give consent for divorce. Both are not getting along well. How to get divorce in such a case?
