Hi,
My wife has a suicide tendency and attempted several times. With this reason, I can file for divorce ? I have medical reports once she had kept in hospital for observation
Also, she always tries to separate me from my parents. She doesn't want to live with them please suggest

yes , you can file divorce petition mentioning all these facts and submitting the hospital receipts or treatment slips as evidence. if wife force the husband to live seperately from parents , this is also a good ground for divorce and also made clear by SC in various judgements.

I do not have any proofs that she force the husband to live seperately from parents. please suggest how to prove this
