Divorce

How to get divorce, if wife went out saying will not come back and staying away for over a year. and no children we have completed 3 years. I have taken this decision due to the problem faced since marriage like mental cruelty, going away leaving parents, Problem in Giving birth not listening to the doctor not following the routine check and medicine given by doctors.

You should go to lawyer, he will draft you divorce case then file it. But, You should only file allegations which you can prove or you have evidence to prove it. Otherwise filling divorce is only wastage of your money and time in court and be prepared once you file divorce she will file false 498a or DV or other cases on you and your family.

Divorce is costly affair. Marriage is even more costly affair than divorce. Divorce squeezes the life out of you. Marriage sucks the life out of you. Which one you want, you decide. Filing divorce is easy, getting divorced is very tough if wife doesn ot give consent. Consent divorce cost you lots of money. Contested divorce cost you lifes time.
