Divorce degree granted by family court is not a ultimate document of dissolution of marriage. No dobout anyone may appeal to high court or supreme court against the family court decision but is the decision of family court have no status.
What the confirmation of decree of divorce?

if a person does not appeal within 60 days or a revision petition within 90 days the lower court decree is absolute and vaild and he is free to marry any person.

A petition for divorce has been filed by the wife. The husband has not objected for the divorce petition, but has filed his objections for claim of maintenance.
Can the court grant the decree of divorce as parties have consented and the proceedings of maintenance be conducted separately

@Satya: Once a decree of divorce dissolving the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent has been passed by the court and there has been no apeal within the stipulated period for preferring an appeal against the judgement, ther divorce and dissolution of marriage thereby is confirmed. What is your query?

to your query: If the maintenance application is within the divorce petition, the court will first decide and dispose the said application and then only the decision about the pending divorce petition will be taken .
