We are 2 sisters only and no brothers. Our mother died many years back. Our father died few months back. He had a 2 bedroom flat in his name. He made no will. We 2 sisters inherited his flat.
Now I want to sell the flat and take my portion of money. But my sister is not allowing to sell it. She is giving many excuses. moreover she has hidden all the legal documents related to the flat, since she lives close to my father's flat.
How can I sell the flat and get my portion ? She is not listening a word from me.
She lives very close to my father's flat while I live is far away in a different state. I dont know what should I do.
Pls help.
