Division of property

MoU of family settlement  pertaining to unmovable property mentions share by percentage among three adult siblings 50%/25%/25%(no mention of metes & bounds).Query .in this situation what is the legal position defined as - partioned or undivided property  ?

You r not legally partioned.Even family arrangement shall be registered.Then only it is legally valid partion.The legal rights never vanish .
