Division of assets in a Divorce

Hello ,

I am seeking divorce from my wife , and I am acceptable to give her alimony from my montly salary..

I would like to know what would be her [url=https://www.firstappeal.com/edit_post.php?id=1961#]legal rights[/url] over some company stocks and shares that I hold . 

These are not jointly owned and I have purchased them before our marrige .

can she demand that she wants 50% of these ?What are the laws about the same .

I feel that she cannot ask for any share in your assets. But the alimony would be fixed taking into account your status and income.

A wife cannot claim any share in her husband's self acquired property when he is alive.
