diversion of land

What is the procedure to diversion of my .5 hactare agriculture land for commercial use like making some shops. I want to divert only 150x100 area.

Procedure depends where your property is located. You need to apply for conversion of land use.

Land is in Madhya Pradesh. A village of Neemuch district . land is shaskiya patta bhumi. On which I am growing crops from last 40 years. But now I want to make some shops.
