Hello Respected Mentors
Request you to tell me if there is a district court ( family) at Chembur Mumbai. Delhi District Court has asked me to see my Child in Mumbai Chembur. Apart from the Court Order , do I need to carry some other documents .

you take help from the naerest thana of girl's residence. you show there your visitation order. other documents may also take alongwith you.

Law Juris Mumbai is right. There is no district court in chembur.

Thank You mentors for providing the information . Can you please tell me the address for family court then as Delhi Ditrict Judge has ordered that Visitaion needs to be done in the court premises.
