Distribution of father property after his death

My father died without any will. After the death of my father if my grandmother is a legal heir ? If yes after grandmother death her other son and daughter i.e brother and sister of my father have any right In my father's self acquired property?

Quick Summary
When a father passes away without a will, his self-acquired property is typically divided among his immediate family. If your father's mother (your grandmother) is alive, she is considered a first-class heir and would be entitled to a share. Upon her subsequent death, her children, including your father's siblings, would inherit her portion equally. You may also inherit a share of your grandmother's estate if she dies without a will.

Your mother if alive and your siblings have equal rights over the property.  But your grandmother has not right.

Yes! Your grandmother is a 1st class heir. Yourself and you grandmother are entitled for half of the share of your father's property and after your grandmother's death, all her children will get equal share i.e 1/3 in your case. you will again get 1/3 of your grandmother's property as your father predeceased. Irrespective of what your grandmother got from your father, you are also entitled for 1/3 of all your grandmother's property if she died intestate i.e with out a will
