Distress warrant

Distress warrant is issued in the maintenace case when the maintenace is due and the party to whom maintenance is ordered to pay in the case if party willfuly neglect to pay the arrear then distress warrant is issued. After the issuance of distress warrant he again avoid to pay maintenance then his property will be attached to fulfil the maintenance by the order of court.

No where in crpc distress warrant is defind but section 126 of crpc speak a little about it.
