In continuation of my previos querry, i would like to add that the same business is carried forward by one partner as a proprietory firm, so what would be the status for submission of IT Return at the end of 31/03/2016 and what would be the result for IT Return submission on dissolution date i.e. 30/11/2015 ?

No. if the partnership is dissolved, no partnership is there. Any one can begin a proprietory business.

Upto 30.11.2015 IT Return for partnership firm will be submitted as on 31.3.2016. Another return of partner as proprietor ship will be filed as on 31.3.2016 for the business after 30.11.2015.
