A woman converted to Islam from some other faith re- embraces her former faith with the result that her marriage with muslim husband dissolves automatically. Which document she can produce before government authorities to prove such dissolution of her marriage for the purpose of getting her marital status changed in records.

One faith of woman or Man marrired under that faith of Religion and change of Religion can not dissolve marriage. That court must pass decree for dissloution of marriage. Muslim Husband pronounces oral Talaq it is valid under law.
