I have the papers of about 600 Sq.Yards agricultural plot of land belonging to T.P.Scheme-1 which is own by the gujarat government in ahmedabad. The judgement of the break of condition (agricultural land must be sale farmer to farmer) is of 1986 there after, no appeal has been registered from the original legal owners of the land an heir of the second generation of the owners. what legal procedure should i follow to retrive the said piece of land. Kindly suggest an expert solicitor of said problem in ahmedabad.
