Dear Respected members,

A document seized in a forgery case by police is presented by IO in a 138 case based on court directive. Can disputed document be used as such? Is there any judgement such disputed documents can not be used in 138 case?

thanks

The disputed document has to be proved by the party relying on it to derive benefit out of it.
