dispute over land aquisition

My land of area 12 acres was aquired by Government of Odisha for construction of Aero Engine i.e. HAL, in response HAL gave compensation for the land aquired of area 11 acres and rest land of 1 acre is with Government of Odisha for which we have not been compansated. Does still i have the rights over 1 acre of land and if than how to claim the land which is in Govts juridiction.

Quick Summary
A landowner is seeking advice regarding a dispute over land acquisition by the Government of Odisha for HAL. While 11 acres were compensated, 1 acre remains uncompensated and in government possession. The user wants to know if they still have rights to this land and how to claim it, with suggestions including sending a legal notice or filing a writ petition in the high court.

send legal notice to the govt authorities for compensation or to return back the unused land. if the reply is unfavorable to you file a writ petition in the high court making the govt as a party to the suit.

Was the land acquired by following the due process?  if so, what is the area covered by the notifications and the award?
