My grandfather has 5 sons. He left a property which was unregistered when he was alive and name only on 7/12 extract. One of my Uncle, after my grandfathers death, added his name fraudulently as partner and got the property registered in 1995. So now it shows 2 names. My Grandfathers and My Uncles. When my dad got the 7/12 extract we found that the property has been registered without his permission or signature from any of the remaining 4 brothers. The Uncle who did the fraud has leased the land to someone else for 30 years. Can anything be done now to challenge the fraud?
