Dispute between partners

One of the Partners has executed agreement for construction of bungalow for a customer, on behalf of the Partnership Firm. Entire price consideration is received from the customer in the name of the Firm and the same is also reflected in the Balance Sheet of the firm. Under the circumstances, whether the other Partner can say that the agreement is null and void since he has not signed the agreement and issue notice to the customer as well as to the Partner?
