If not attending court regularly lead evidence suit will be dismissed for default for nonappearance

Hello,

Adding to my Ld friend Mr. Dhara's point, the dismissal is on account of non-appearence by the Plaintiff or Petitoner only. It is assumed that the the person who has filed the matter does not wish to pursue it, so to save time of court this step is taken.
