Civil Case dismissed in default due to lawyers non appearance
Restoration application also dismissed as the reasons not accepted by the Civil Court
1.Where does the appeal lie? With DJ or With High Court
2. I need the Supreme Court’s decision wherein in relation to a dismiss in default case it was held that the party should not suffer because of Lawyers mistake & so the restoration was allowed.
