Is there any laid down procedure if a Lawyer wants to distance himself from a particular case or he can just do it without any Notice to the client ?
What is the remedy against a lawyer who absented from appearance after submitting the Vakalatnama not in 1 or 2 but 4-5 cases of a particular client without any valid reason or instructions?

You can give a complaint to Bar council of India with clear evidence.They takes action.
