Discriminatory service of watchman of apartment

In our apartment there are 55 occupants staying. The watchman appointed by the society has been adamant, hesitant and rude towards us. But he is giving due attention to all the committee members. There has been a hidden agenda set by the so called committee members for such indiscipline. What should our next course of action ?
