i am working with a OIL PSU as an engineer , i have been recruited on E1 level in 2001 as per advt..wherein min qualification was 60% for SC/ST and 65% for OBC/General..nowhere mention of Division class(I/II).after 09 completion of service they are treating my Qualification B.TECH as equal to Q2 (diploma) because my division is 2nd (62.3%). I belongs to SC comunity.
what should i do i aready given a application in this matter but nobody is responding accord.
