One of my friend is entering into ecommerce business and has a website where anyone can put the advertise of their product on his website so that purchser can buy or contact the seller, or puchase it online through online money transfer.
He need professional service from lawer/advocates from Pune for writing the terms and condition, disclaimers so that he does not own the resposibility of the product/service given by someone on his website. His website is just a media ( like ebay,Flipkart etc).
Please let me know if any lawyer/advocate does have this experience/expertise and provide this kind of service?
