Disciplinary proceedings

I was a whistle blower and I was victimised as part of whistle blower retaliation measure.

I have appealed to the higher authority to my disciplinary authority but even after two months there is no reply from the appellate authority.

Can I proceed to the Court ?

I am not able to agree to above advise.  You have not revealed any facts of the case which could indicate whether or not you have a cause to go to court.

Let the Appellate Authority convey his decision on your appeal.  You can take a decision regarding future course of action after disposal of your appeal on the merits of your case. State full fats of your case.
