Directions for conducting survey the land.

Dear experts,
A person paid necessary fees as per the procedure to conduct survey of his land .But as per the receipt issued by the authorities, the land has to survey with in 45 days but since August, 2021 no response from the Tahasildar, or surveyor despite repeated demands.
Hence, request you all the learned experts on whom to file a suit for justice?
Thanq experts.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a common issue where a land survey has been significantly delayed beyond the stipulated 45 days, despite fees being paid. Experts suggest immediate actions such as lodging a formal complaint with the Lokayukta against the Tahsildar or sending a final notice for the survey. Legal recourse, including filing a suit, is also discussed as an option if other methods fail.

Dear Krishnaiah,

Small land surveys take one to two weeks to complete. Commercial surveys on a large scale, on the other hand, could take anywhere from thirty to sixty days, depending on the survey requirements and the property's condition.

Therefore I suggest you to wait a few more days for the Tahasildar to reply if it is a matter of a commercial land or you can lodge a complaint against him to the concerned authorities right away or even file a legal suit if necessary.

Regards,

File a complaint before Lokayuktha against Tahsildar .Your problem will be solved within no time. Before that you address a letter to Tahasildar to get your land surveyed at the earliest.
