Hi Rathod .

The question is said to be admission If as per law its admissible in nature for example . Say A Person has done some Theft and there is a cross examination by a Public Prosecutor for his crime .Where the Public Prosecutor is trying his best to Make the theft admit his crime by Various ways by Questioning .These Types of questions are called as Admission Question .

A Question is Said to be Submission if as per law Either the Defence or Public Prosecutor is trying to Submit their views for their respective clients .here each side is claiming their views and submitting the same in front of Hon Judges .hence these questions are said to be Submission Questions .
