The said MoP as posted by you may be price to retailer.
Retailer sells at MRP (max) to customer.

If the said dealer is not retailer then decide price for dealer, considering the said dealer is stockiest or super stockist or CA, CFA etc etc as per structure established by your establishment.
Send such queries of your establishment to CA engaged by your establishment.
Or check with local Inspectorate of Legal Metrology.
