Difference between agreement on plain paper & on stamp paper

Can be an agreement execute on plain paper whether it legally enforceable equally with when executed on stamp paper ?

NO , there is no value of agreement on plain paper , the agreement should be made on the adequate stamp paper and should be notarised/registered in the sub registrar office .
