Either you can make a telephone call to any RTO /consultants or seek the same information as a certified copy of circular for authentic information under RTI. If the vehicle condition is in TOP and if there is a fitness certificate, RTO can extend the life for a further 5 years on the application and further inspection with such a fitness certificate.
