did not accept legal notice

i have received legal notice from a data entry person to my company ,iam just an admin ,but i left the office ,so i cant take nnotice and send a reply ,is there any problem .

Sir, you had received notice on behalf of Company and I assume Company is aware of the said notice. As you are not in that Company now, you dont have to worry as the notice is not for you in person.

first is this notice is from court or from advocate:-

if from court -then u may fall in trouble as it may amount to contempt.

but if from advocate then just him written reply and clear your position

if the notice from court than you have to appear before the court and clear your picture and if from the lawyer you simply reply that you are no more the officials of the co.
