Dhana settlement deed question

Hello Lawyers,

My Dad had registered a dhana settlement of a house which he bought to me. Now i need to transfer the ownership of the house to my sister. How to go about it ?

Quick Summary
You've received a house through a Dhana settlement deed from your father and now wish to transfer ownership to your sister. Legal experts confirm that you can indeed transfer the property to your sister's name. The recommended methods are either registering a sale deed or a gift deed in her favour.

Get a sale / gift deed registered in favour of your sister.

You can transfer the property on your name to anyone of your choice either by registered sale deed or by a registered gift deed.
