I am residing in UAE at present for job, my parents are buying the land in Trichy. As i cannot go now,they are registering in their name and once i goes for my vacation after 9 months, the land will be transferred to my name through dhana pathiram. Also i am going to put housing loan for construction. As if the registration done by dhana pathiram any problem will come in the housing loan through bank. I have one sister and she got married. Please clarify my doubt. Its a plot for construction. So that i can go for registration now itself as the document will be doubled for two registration.
