I, Syed Ameer Ali Zaidi, Working in a Call Center would like to know that accroding to the No Smoking Act 2008, It states that smoking is not allowed in public area, So i wanted to know if the Management of that particular Corporate can setup a seprate smoking area for the smokers and if yes what is it defined ? Does it have to specifically desinged in a particular way. Let me also keep you updated that in our office campus there is a BPO & IT Sector together under one name. Please let me know about it as soon as possible.
