How to prove desertion in divorce case when wife says She want to come back?
And She also say that she always tried to come back but I was not allowing her.It is false she never came back.

dessertion can never be taken a sground when wife is willing to come back,if she even falsy giving such statements ,you have to make it as per procedural way like first filing a RCR sec 9 ,then divorce petition on dessertion if she come back then after few time if she not willing to settle then there are many more grounds available,
