You should hire an able advocate and file for divorce. First try for divorce by way of mutual consent otherwise go for divorce because of desertion by the wife.

You may file divorce petition mentioning age occ. and religion of both parties.facts and incidents from date of marriage and places couple resided. reconciliation efforts made by you. Also mention about employment and income of opposite side and reasons for divorce. Court will call say of other side and upon hearing evidence of both side court will pass just and proper order.

You can file contested divorce case on grounds of adultery and cruelty if she is not agreeing for mcd

If you listen to above advices you will still be chatting in this forum when it  is 2030.  Throw money and take mutual divorce, nothing this there which cannot be bought by money.  Raise the bar and see how she crumbles down and agrees for mcd.

She isn't ready to meet for the mcd. In that case there is only option to contest I think.
