A Departmental Enquiry was initiated against an employee after a chatrgesheet duly served on him. the employee is due to retire next month while the DE is still in progress. can the DE continue after his retirement? can the employer stop his post retirement benefits etc till DE is complete?
the employee is under suspension and is getting 50% salary. can his pension also be halved?

Ans :yes

Ans :yes

Ans :No. Pesnion will not be given. It will only be ad-hocpension. Final pension can on completion of inqiiry be cut upto 100% depending upon nature of offence proved.
