You issue a legal notice to your brother demanding him to distribute your share in the movable properties he acquired in the capacity of Nominee to your deceased father.

The nominee here is a trustee to receive the property on behalf of the legal heirs/successors in interest and distribute them to the legal heiars as per personal law.

If he refuses then you can file a suit for recovery of your share in the said movable property

Yes, a nominee is only the trustee on behalf of all the nominees.

Should I give notice only through lawyer ? Is there any format of document which i can write and send without a lawyer?
