(349) - SERVICE BE DONE TO EACH RESPONDENTS OR THEIR COUNSEL THROUGH E-MAIL AND MOBILE NO. IS REQUIRED.
I have filed a petition in Delhi high court. I have added the number and email id of the respondent's counsel in the memo of parties along with an affidavit that the email is not bounced. Still everytime, i refile,the same objection is raised. Pls, help how I can resolve this objection

When you are asked to furnish the email address of the party, you can do so, but giving the email address of the counsel of the oppopsite party may not be advisable, you can clarify the practical issue from your advocate because there is no legal issue inviolved in your query except the practical issue which can be solved only after knowing about the situation preaviling at your side.
