Delhi high court !!

SINCE DELHI HIGH COURT HAS ALMOST ALL CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OFFICES UNDER ITS TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION ..... DOES IT BESTOW ANY FORM OF ADVANTAGE AS COMPARED TO HIGH COURTS OF OTHER STATES ?? FURTHER FOR EXAMPLE THE CAUSE OF ACTION IS STATE OF BIHAR BUT INSTEAD OF GOING TO BIHAR HIGH COURT CAN THE AGGRIVED PARTY MOVE DELHI HIGH COURT ONLY SINCE THE MINISTRY IN QUESTION HAS ITS MAIN OFFICE IN NATIONAL CAPITAL OF DELHI .... THANKS.

In case the Agreement provides that in case of a dispute , it will be settled through a Court situated within the jurisdiction of  Delhi High Court, what will be the appropriate Court to settle the dispute, if the cause of action has taken place in another state.

If the cause of action arose in Delhi  then  the concerned party can file petition in Delhi High Court.
