Delhi excise Act U/S 40A

If someone fined in Delhi excise act U/S 40A. Do we get order copy or only fine receipt. If we do then how can we get order copy.

drinking in public place. DD issued and police man take it to court wherein 2000 fine paid by offender. Offender received fine receipt.
How Can get order copy or only receipt applicable in such cases.
